Wytwórnia Pracownia Projektowa is a professional design studio based in Wrocław. We are a team of experienced architects and design engineers. We develop conceptual, building permit and detailed designs for private and commercial buildings and interiors. Each topic and customer are treated individually. Our designs are developed in an all-inclusive manner, from their concept study, through the building permit design and the basic design stage, to the detailed design stage. Our studio also provides architect’s on-site services. As an architectural design studio, we provide consultations regarding formal and legal regulations related to the construction process. If our customer needs consultations as regards selecting a plot of land for a future private or commercial project, our studio can develop a study analysing possibilities of a future construction and the related density ratio.
Our team of designers create designs of new buildings as well as redesigns, extension designs, vertical extension designs and refurbishments of existing buildings (including heritage buildings). We carry out surveys and studies of existing buildings. We develop thermal upgrade designs.

We also have extensive experience in designing development specifications for single-family residential developments. Our multi-family building designs have excellent and well thought-out unit layout and aesthetic external appearance.
